NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Monday, September 14th, DMI Paving (a contractor of the town) will begin the paving portion of our annual capital paving project. Weather permitting, the following schedule is anticipated:
Monday, September 14
BPD Driveway – Shim and pave the driveway into the police department.
Preston Parking Lot – Preparation and shim work. The parking lot will be closed to parking. Please seek alternate parking locations.
Tuesday, September 15
Preston Parking Lot – Final Paving. The parking lot will be closed to parking. Please seek alternate parking locations.
Wednesday, September 16
Chestnut Hill Extension – Preparation and paving. The street will be closed to through traffic during paving operations, and driveway access may be limited. Each street closure may take several hours.
Chestnut Hill Loop – Preparation and shim work. The street will be closed to through traffic during paving operations, and driveway access may be limited. Each street closure may take several hours.
Thursday, September 17
Chestnut Hill Loop – Final paving
Acorn Lane – Final Paving. The street will be closed to through traffic during paving operations, and driveway access may be limited. Each street closure may take several hours.
Friday, September 18 – Rain date/final paving as needed.
Work is expected to happen between 7 am and 5 pm. On street parking will not be permitted during paving operations. No parking signs will be posted the afternoon prior to work on each street.
