  2. Review and Approve Minutes of previous meeting.

2020-133              Water Department, Town of Brattleboro.; Rural District; request for Site Plan, Riparian Area and Flood Hazard Conditional Use and Local Act 250 Approval to demolish the existing WTF and construct a new WTF building (130’x70′) and maintenance garage (40’x30′) with all new appurtenant equipment, chemical feed systems, and accessories; demolish existing chemical building and construct a new chemical building (12’x12′); eliminate the existing process waste settling lagoons; construct a cast-in-place concrete process wastewater equalization tank; construct a buried precast concrete vault for process wastewater flow control; construct appurtenant yard piping and structures, driveways and parking areas; repair grout at the existing raw water intake structure  at 416 Pleasant Valley Road; Tax Map Parcel 60110.000
