CHLOE LEAREY is actively pro-active in our community!

Her leadership approach is inclusive, practical and team-oriented and she has an acute awareness of community needs and big picture thinking. An advocate for workforce housing, Chloe is currently supervising the development of the Prouty Campus here in town. She is the E.D. of the Winston Prouty Center for Child & Family Development, and also serves as the Board Chair for the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.

In 2024, she received the Emerging Leader Award from SVT & Shires Young Professionals and Vermont Business Magazine’s Rising Star Award.
