Discussion of Neighborhood Center Zoning District and land uses in light of request from Bohler Engineering to amend Section 224.E.6 pertaining to the location of vehicular service bay doors.
6:45– 7:25 Historic Overlay District
Review of a comparison of the pathways and regulatory powers provided for in statute for historic preservation. Begin to consider the positives and negatives of each as applied to our existing historic areas.
The Town of Brattleboro is considering improvements to the intersection of Green Street and High Street. We’ve engaged an engineering team to support this effort and are inviting you to join a public forum on the matter later this month.
This forum will be an opportunity to review the preliminary concept and offer comments or potential improvements. Please join us on November 29, 2023 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Selectboard Meeting Room.

The Brattleboro Recreation and Parks Department is inviting the community to participate in an interactive session to share ideas about improvements to the pool and aquatics facilities at Living Memorial Park.
The session will occur on Thursday, Nov. 2 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Brattleboro Municipal Center at 230 Main Street, Brattleboro, in the Selectboard Meeting Room.
This upcoming session, which will be led by the Town’s contracted design consultant team, builds upon the work of a previous session that took place during the summer of 2023.
