Given that the school budget is rather impenetrable and opaque, at least from what I have been able to access online (and compared to the municipal budget), is there any way to get more detailed information on what these warrant expenditures are? Is there any explanation/documentation available online?
Presenting information in this manner is effectively useless unless the reader already has knowledge of what is being referenced. I would hazard a guess that a sizable chunk of potential readers do not.
