Members present- Thomas Nolan, Shaun Murphy, Jaci Reynolds, David Schoales.
Visitors- Wanda Legrand, Racial Equity Institute Services representative; Adam Marchesseault.

I. REI Presentation- Program offerings-
– Groundwater training- Three hour training on the structural nature of racism using stories and data. (100+ participants).
– Phase 1 Workshop (30-35 participants). Common vocabulary- systemic and structural, bias, micro aggressions, history of race, policies and procedures, etc. 2 day training virtual. Key people go through first
– Phase 2- 2 days deeper and more complex
– Latinx Challenges- specific to Latinx communities.
30 days’ notice for groundwater; 90 days for Phase 1.

David will contact Mary and Dottie to ask for description of their services and cost estimate ASAP.
II. Progress on Diversifying Staff- Question about how we are informed re new hires.
