Minutes of July 8, 2021
Meeting at WSESU Central Office, 53 Green Street and via Zoom
Members Present: Kelly Young, Anne Beekman, Kerry Amidon
Via Zoom: Shaun Murphy, Liz Adams

CALL TO ORDER: 5:05 PM – Kelly Young, Chair
On a motion by Kerry Amidon, seconded by Anne Beekman, the committee voted to amend the agenda by adding a 1% application.
On a motion by Shaun Murphy, seconded by Anne Beekman, the committee approved the minutes of March 19 and June 17.
On a motion by Liz Adams, seconded by Anne Beekman, the committee approved the hiring of Emily McLoughlin as Academic Support at Academy School and Nancy Bushway as a .67 fte Art Teacher at BUHS.
On a motion by Kerry Amidon, seconded by Liz Adams, the committee approved the 1% application from Chris Sawyer at BUHS in the amount of $792.57.
On a motion by Kerry Amidon, seconded by Shaun Murphy, the committee voted to enter Executive Session under 1 VSA 313 (1) (A) on a contractual matter. The committee entered at 5:11 PM and rose at 5:42 PM with no action taken.
On a motion by Shaun Murphy, seconded by Liz Adams the committee approved the contract as presented and recommended the Superintendent ratify.
The committee adjourned at 5:45 PM on a motion by Anne Beekman and seconded by Liz Adams.
