Meeting via Zoom
Members Present: Kerry Amidon
Via Zoom: Shaun Murphy, Liz Adams, Anne Beekman
Also: Steve Perrin and Matt Betz (via zoom)
CALL TO ORDER: 2:30 PM – Kerry Amidon
On a motion by Kerry Amidon, seconded by Shaun Murphy, the committee voted to amend the agenda by adding a 1% application and a retirement.
On a motion by Liz Adams, seconded by Anne Beekman, the committee approved the minutes of July 26. (Shaun Murphy abstained as he was not present.)
On a motion by Anne Beekman, seconded by Liz Adams, the committee approved the hiring of Matthew Betz as an assistant principal at BUHS.
The committee voted to enter Executive Session at 2:37 PM on a motion by Shaun Murphy and seconded by Anne Beekman. The committee rose from Executive Session at 2:38 PM with no action taken.
On a motion by Kerry Amidon and seconded by Liz Adams, the committee accepted a retirement letter as presented.
On a motion by Shaun Murphy, seconded by Anne Beekman, the committee approved the 1% application from Guilford Central School.
The committee adjourned at 2:40 PM on a motion by Anne Beekman and seconded by Liz Adams.
