Minutes of June 23, 2022
Meeting via Zoom and in person at Central Office
Members Present: Anne Beekman, Kerry Amidon, Shaun Murphy, Liz Adams
Also Present: Stacey Mousseau
CALL TO ORDER: 5:02 PM – Anne Beekman
On a motion by Liz Adams and seconded by Shaun Murphy, the committee voted to approve the minutes of June 9th and June 16th.
On a motion by Kerry Amidon and seconded by Liz Adams, the committee voted to accept with regret the resignations of Traci Bartlett – Oak Grove’s Family Engagement and Education Coordinator (leaving for a job closer to home), and Stacey Sawyer – Green Street School Grade 6 (hired as WSESU Literacy Coordinator).
On a motion by Kerry Amidon and seconded by Liz Adams, the committee voted to accept the Administration’s recommendation to hire: Ashley Moorhouse – Guiford Central School Grade 1; Karina Rojos-Flores – Oak Grove/Academy Spanish; and Mia Peterburs – BAMS Science
On a motion by Kerry Amidon and seconded by Liz Adams, the committee voted to approve the 1% applications Oak Grove School (SEL) and two from BUHS (community newsletter and Spanish curricula)
Members should hold next Thursday, June 30th for our next meeting date. The committee adjourned at 5:06 PM on a motion by Kerry Amidon and seconded by Liz Adams.
