James Smith/ Arthur Jacobs IV 35/18
Brattleboro Police have been investigating numerous thefts from motor vehicles. The investigation led to James Eric Smith and Arthur Jacobs IV and Crystal Jobe. All three suspects were taken into custody by Brattleboro Police on 11/13/13.
Smith was charged with Unlawful Trespass, Petit Larceny, Unlawful Mischief and Credit Card Fraud. Smith was held in lieu of $5000.00 bail and flash cited for 11/14/13 and given Conditions of Release.
Jacobs was charged with Petit Larceny, Unlawful Mischief and Credit Card Fraud. Jacobs was released with a citation and Conditions of Release.
Jobe was charged with Petit larceny, Unlawful Mischief and Credit Card Fraud. Jobe was released with a citation and Conditions of Release.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.” Rolf
