Educational item to learn about a new program designed to reduce childhood lead poisoning, support property owners in managing lead hazards, and strengthen local workforce through specialized training and certification programs.

Discuss and potentially adopt recommendations for bike racks in the downtown.
7:00 – 7:30 Town Plan 2026
• Town Plan Survey – Review responses collected.
• Community Conversations – Identify targeted demographics we want represented in discussions. Identify potential organizations to reach out and arrange conversation with.
• Community workshop – Discuss community land use workshop, agree on a potential date, and discuss the need for any additional workshops
7:30 – 7:55 Industrial Zoning District boundaries
Begin discussion of land use patterns, community needs, and development trends in the Industrial zoning districts.
