There Is A Way to Preserve Medicaid and Medicare Funding But Democrats & Republicans Don’t Want You To Know How!

United States Senator Bernie Sanders is warning and informing us that there could be cuts in Medicaid

“When you throw 13 million people off health insurance, when you raise co-payments for poor people, it is a death sentence,” says Senator Bernie Sanders on the Republican plan to cut Medicaid. “Thousands and thousands of low-income and working people will die because they simply will not be able to get into a doctor’s office when they need it.” May 14, 2025

The Republicans and the Democrats don’t want you to know that there could be plenty of money for Medicaid and Medicare if the United States Congress votes to repeal and get rid of the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 which changed U.S. Patent law.

Parents are the ownership rights to inventions, such as the formula for prescription drugs and medical devices.
Before 1980, the U.S. Patent law was “work made for hire” so that the people paying for the research, design and
development of new prescription drugs and medical devices owned the U.S. Patents.

With the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 everything changed and created a system where the lead researcher owned the
U.S. Patent and then made deals with pharmaceutical corporations to sell the invented prescription drugs and
medical devices worldwide with all of the profits ending up in the bank accounts of the lead researcher and the
pharmaceutical corporations.

With the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, the people who pay for the research, design and development and salaries
of the researchers get NO share of the profits, no R.O.I., no return on investment of their money.

So, who is paying for all of this? We are, we the people, the taxpayers.

You pay your taxes to the I.R.S., the Internal Revenue Service,
and then the United States Congress, House and Senate,
vote to give huge enormous amounts of your hard earned tax dollars
to the N.I.H., the National Institute of Health,

The N.I.H then hands out your hard earned tax dollars to University laboratories
and corporate laboratories. In these laboratories it is the lead researcher
who is allowed to own the Patents under the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980.
You pay for all the R&D, the research, design and development,
and you get NO share of the profits when the lead researcher contracts
with a pharmaceutical corporation to manufacture the new Rx drugs
and sell it worldwide. You get nothing, therefore, you have been treated
like a Slave, the fruits of your labor have been taken from you in the form
of tax dollars and you got nothing. You did get a bill for your Rx drugs
that you might be prescribed.

Now, what happens if the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 is repealed?
First of all, the research laboratories would scream their heads off that they
have no funding. Well, why don’t they go to a bank and help keep the
banks in business? Because they don’t want to take any risks, they
want free money to invent new Rx prescription drugs, and they will lie about
the benefits of some of them, and they will lie and hide the bad side
effects of some of them, all because the lead researcher can make a fortune.
The lead researcher can make so much money some of them become
Oligarchs. Yes, there’s that word: Oligarchs.

Well, how about if we repeal and get rid of the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 and
replace it with a short, concise, clear new law that says:
if a new drug or medical device is invented then it is owned by
the government, representing the taxpayers who pay for all of the R&D
research, design and development. And what will the government do
with ownership of the Patents? The same thing the lead researcher is
now doing, make deals with pharmaceutical corporations. Only with
this new proposed law, the lead researcher does NOT become an Oligarch,
and a huge share of the profits go into the United State Treasury
with a specific designation that they will be used to pay for
Medicare for all and Medicaid for all.

So, why has it been a big secret since 1980 that the Bayh-Dole Act created
a new form of human slavery whereby the fruits of your labor are taken
from you to make Oligarchs of lead researchers and CEOs of
pharmaceutical corporations? The big secret is that the lead researcher
who becomes an Oligarch can then give money to non-profits who then
give money to political action committees who give money to the
elected Members of the United States Congress to fill their re-election
accounts, and the pharmaceutical corporations also participate in this
dark money scheme to hide the fact that corporations are donating
to elected officials like Bernie Sanders in a round-about-way by
giving money to non-profits who give money to political action committees
who give money to elected officials or Democrat and Republican
candidates.

Remember who makes the laws, the Democrats and Republicans
make the laws and they know how to make them to be certain
that the money goes round and round and some ends up in
their campaign chests.

We need to repeal and get rid of the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980
to save Medicaid and Medicare, and any elected official who
argues otherwise is getting his or her campaign chest filled
with re-routed tax dollars. Government is corrupt because
Republicans and Democrats make laws to enrich themselves
and to make designated Oligarchs to keep them funded and
in office.

  • Bernie Sanders announces he will have a press conference but he won't tell you where!

I’ve read complaints on the internet that U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders
is keeping himself out of reach of Vermont voters.
    Well, here he goes again.
In this “Media Advisory” about an upcoming Press conference,
he won’t tell you where it is being located.
    I called the U.S. Capitol 1-(202)224-3121 and
asked the switchboard operator to connect me to
a secretary or staff person in U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders’ office,
and I was connected immediately to a telephone recorded message
telling me that they were all too busy to answer the phone and
I could go online to his website and write a message there.

Here is the Press conference link:

  • U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders speaks May 21 about lowering drug prices

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGvjvQ2_bS4

    May 21, 2025
During remarks on the Senate floor Wednesday, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) introduced a bill that would require drug companies to lower prices that was then blocked by Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA).

  • Bad, mean, greedy bill passed U.S. House and is now in the U.S. Senate, must pass both to be sent to President to sign into law

The bad, mean, greedy bill passed the U.S. House and is now in the U.S. Senate
and must pass both to be sent to the President and signed into law.

By “greedy” I mean that the Republicans repeatedly say that without
incentive the research scientists will not invent new and better prescription drugs
    and medical devices.
“Incentive” means that the Republicans are allowing the Bayh-Dole Act of 1980 to continue in existence because it gives the lead researcher the ownership of the
U.S. Patent rights so the lead researcher can make mega-millions of dollars,
which is what Republicans call “incentive”.
In other words, Republicans feel there is no incentive is there is no HUGE profit.
So, Republicans believe all research scientists are so greedy that they will refuse
to invent new and better prescription drugs unless they are promised the opportunity to make a fortune.
Republicans believe the best research scientists have NO MORALS and NO ETHICS
    and NO CONSCIENCE.
Wow, they are basically calling all research scientists products of the devil who will not work for the health of the people without the “incentive” of making MILLIONS of dollars.
    Pathetic.
    And, I don’t believe it.
