The Windham County Democratic Committee is organizing meetings for the public to meet and hear the four Democratic candidates for State Senate.
The first forum will be held tomorrow, July 24, 2014, at 6:30 PM, at the Townshend Town Hall.

Latest news: The Brattleboro forum is now scheduled for Thursday, August 21, at 6:30 PM, at the American Legion.
The Democratic candidates for State Senate from Windham County include Rebecca Balint, Joan Bowman, Roger Allbee, and Jeanette White. Ms. White is incumbent; i.e., currently in office and running for re-election.
Democratic State Senator Peter Galbraith, the other current office-holder, has announced he will not run for re-election, citing as among his reasons his responsibilities to various projects in the international scene.
