Republicans, Russians, Democrats, Qatar – Who Is Really Running Our Country?

I was listening to talk radio last night, Shawn Hannity Show, and they were going on and on about the alleged sins of Harvey Weinstein. I did my own research on him, here it is: Mr.Harvey Weinstein, co-founder of MIRAMAX, gave campagin donations to Democrats, including UNITED STATES SENATOR PATRICK LEAHY, and Miramax is funded by people who live in the foreign country of QATAR:

Uber in Brattleboro (Free 1st Ride)

If anyone needs a ride, I’m now approved by Uber for servicing the Brattleboro area. Will tailer hours to demand. I’m based in downtown Bratt, and will provide rides anywhere in the region. Request a pickup from the Uber app anytime you need to get to or from somewhere. More affordable, luxurious and convenient then a taxi.

What It Looks Like To Be Tracked

A couple nights ago I was shutting down my computer when, in the process of quitting Firefox, a mysterious screen opened before my eyes with what appeared to be a galaxy of circles and triangles, interconnecting and sprouting new satellites as I watched. Closer inspection revealed it to be a graphic visualization of sites I had recently visited with all the third party sites they had notified in clusters around them. It was a moment out of War Games. Had I been hacked, I wondered?  But no, it turned out to be Lightbeam, a browser add-on that allows you to see in real time how your information is being shared on the Internet by the sites you visit, and with whom. I vaguely remember installing it a while back but I never got around to using it, hence my initial surprise when it seemingly opened itself in my browser.  But once I saw what it revealed, I was riveted.

When we started iBrattleboro, we had some grand visions. In addition to wanting to provide a platform for local news, views, and opinions, we hoped that local writers would enjoy publishing their work to a large, local audience. It would be possible for any writer to have a regular place on the site, and build a following of regular readers, but also compile their collected works into a book if they so desired.

Sen. Leahy’s Comment on the Las Vegas Shooting

“Vermonters today are feeling the shock and sorrow that the entire country is feeling about the massacre in Las Vegas. We want all of these victims and their families to know that our hearts are broken and we stand in solidarity with them and with all of the people of Las Vegas. We are still learning the facts, but it’s painfully clear that yesterday will go down as one of the darkest days in our nation’s history.

Congressman Welch’s Statement on Las Vegas Shooting

“WASHINGTON – Rep. Peter Welch (D-VT) issued the following statement in response to the deadly shooting in LasVegas:
“I know I join all Vermonters in reacting with horror and utter disbelief to the slaughter of innocent life in LasVegas early this morning. It’s hard for any of us to imagine the sheer terror experienced by concertgoers running fortheir lives, unsure of the depraved shooter’s location. It’s hard to imagine the inconsolable grief being experienced by thefamilies of the victims. And it’s hard to fathom the inaction of Congress in the face of so many mass shootings in thiscountry. What will it take to pass common sense gun laws that take guns out of the hands of people who should not have them? We pray for those injured and killed. And we are grateful yet again for the brave first responders who stopped the shooter and selflessly came to the aid of hundreds of innocent victims.””  https://welch.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/welch-statement-las-vegas-shooting
