On November 7 voters in Brattleboro, Putney, Dummerston and Guilford will vote on whether we should merge our town schools into a single school district overseen by a nine-member school board. This is a substantive vote that will decide the direction and structure of our schools for many years. Your vote will count.

BCTV Announces ‘People’s Choice’ Finalists for Voting
Join us for the Halloween dance, this Saturday the 28th, at Pierce’s Hall in East Putney! The hall will be decked out in its Halloween glory, costumes are encouraged (but not required), and the band will be dishing up some creepy tunes along with the classic contra standards.
Next Stage Arts Project and Twilight Music present roots, old time and Americana quintet The Mammals (featuring Mike + Ruthy), plus folk/rock singer/songwriter Brian Dunne, at Next Stage on Saturday, October 28 at 7:30 pm.
