    Wastewater data for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, can now be found on Vermont’s
    wastewater surveillance dashboard. Levels may be influenced by localized outbreaks. Some week-
    to-week fluctuations are expected. The table below summarizes available Vermont wastewater data
    reflecting samples collected 11/16 – 11/22.

    "COVID-19 testing patterns have changed over time. Current case counts includes reports of people tested with a molecular test (confirmed cases) and those tested by a health care provider using an antigen test (probable cases). Individuals testing themselves using at-home antigen tests are not included. Case counts represent only a portion of people with COVID-19 and should be interpreted with caution. Current case counts should not be compared to earlier parts of the pandemic."
