The launch will take place at Brattleboro’s Price Chopper Supermarket on Canal Street, in the morning with a live broadcast hosted by longtime media supporter, WTSA 96.7 FM followed up by and afternoon launch at Brattleboro Food Cooperative in downtown Brattleboro, hosted by another generous media supporter, WYRY 104.9 FM.

Brattleboro Rail Forum on Nov. 9

Transportation Board holds Brattleboro Forum on Rail

The Vermont Transportation Board at 6 p.m. on November 9 will hold a public forum in Brattleboro on transportation policy associated with trains, both passenger and freight. The forum, which will be held at the Brattleboro Museum & Arts Center at 10 Vernon Street, is one of seven such public conversations the Board is holding around the state. Topics the Board plans to discuss include:

Proof US Allies Saudi Arabia & Qatar Fund & Equip ISIS All Along Not An Election Issue

DESCRIPTION:
Wikileaks’ released emails prove Hillary knew US close allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar were funding/equipping ISIS while Americans were also being murdered by ISIS, show her pretending Saudis and others were not from the beginning part of US conspiracy to create a fanatical Islamic state in order to destroy Syria and the Shiite government in Iraq. Why this is NOT AN ELECTION ISSUE

Clinton Emails

Here’s a .

The story points out a couple of times that it is not known what is in those emails.  Nor how many there are.   .

Should we assume that Abedin was sharing a computer with Weiner?  Given that Abedin was the closest advisor to the Secretary of State would she share a computer even with her husband?  If they had their own computers is it possible that Weiner knew his wife’s password and stole the emails?  Could he be the kind of guy that wanted something that he could use to blackmail for protection?

Come join us for our 3rd year of making a difference on Sunday afternoon, November 6th, from 1:00-3:00 pm, to craft items for the homeless population in the area. Using traditional crafts, we will make hats, scarves, blankets and sleeping mats from yarn and fleece fabric. Our group will meet the first Sunday of the month after this session.

Some people come to learn to knit or crochet, others arrive with projects already underway. Some are members of BAJC; some are not. All are welcome! We donate our projects to Groundworks Collaborative.

Weekend Creativity Series – Foley Sound Effects

The sounds you hear in movies, cartoons, and even reality TV shows are highly coordinated and processed to eliminate distractions and focus your attention. Volumes of voices are adjusted, frequencies tinkered with, reverb added, background music is added, and so on.

One of the most important roles in the soundtrack creation process is that of Foley artist. These are people who make sound effects. You know them. The ones using coconuts to make horse galloping sounds.
