Brattleboro and VT COVID-19 Regional Dashboard Summary – September 2025

It’s the September 2025 dashboard summary. We continue semi-regular COVID-19 dashboard numbers from the Vermont Department of Health, and MA counties that surround Brattleboro, as long as they continue providing them. New Hampshire has shut down their reporting. Scroll down the new comments for the latest.

    XFG is the most commonly sequenced variant. Limited specimen quantities may impact proportion
    accuracy. For more timely data, see the National SARS-CoV-2 Genomic Surveillance System which

    Concentrations are increasing at most sites: Burlington, Montpelier, St. Albans, South Burlington,
    Essex Junction and Middlebury. Concentrations remain low in Ludlow. Some week-to-week
    fluctuation is expected.

    Statewide percent positivity is 10.15% (rises above 10% again)

    The CDC said week ending Aug 16 US % positivity was up from 8.5% to 9.9%.

    In the northeast, the positivity in the past week is at 7.9%
